About Me
Performance coach, Biomechanist, and personal trainer with over a decade of experience. Working with dedicated individuals in several different backgrounds including CrossFit, sport performance, corporate fitness, and private training gyms, I’ve had the pleasure of training all fitness levels toward optimal functional movement and goal-specific strength development.

To inspire runners to push their limits, build unwavering strength, and embrace the power of recovery, transforming their running journey into a continuous cycle of growth and achievement.
Runners
Currently, I’ve been mainly working with runners by helping in recovery strategies, strength development, program planning, race performance, nutrition, and providing a full-gait analysis of running form. Being an avid runner, I can relate with the highs & lows of training but also, walk you through the process.
